AKWABA Park is designed as a sustainable, comprehensive and versatile urban living space integrating leisure, accommodation, catering and services.
1. ACCOMMODATION & DINING
Two full-service hotels (3 and 4 stars). Restaurants offering diverse gastronomic experiences.
2. WATER & RIDES
Modern water park: slides, wave pools, water games. Mechanical rides: carousels, family rides.
3. WELCOME & AMBIANCE
Immersive sound environment throughout. Well-designed circulation and rest areas.
4. LIGHT CATERING
Fast food, café, bar, BBQ area, crêpe shop, snack stands.
5. RETAIL
Souvenirs shop, diversified commercial spaces.
6. ENTERTAINMENT & MULTISPORTS
Indoor entertainment hall (year-round). Badminton, trampoline, swing, beach volleyball.
7. SERVICES & SECURITY
Police station, health office, public restrooms, full security (surveillance, first aid).
8. DIGITAL & MAINTENANCE
Electronic ticketing, interactive digital games, digital management tools. Preventive and corrective maintenance plans, training of qualified local technical teams.
💡 Concept & Valeur ajoutée
Structural pilot project aimed at democratizing access to modern leisure and health facilities in Greater Abidjan. Originally planned for Jacqueville, relocated to Songon for its geographic advantage within the natural development zone of Greater Abidjan, availability of large-scale land, optimal accessibility and strong urban and tourism development potential. Part of the national strategy "Excellence in Côte d'Ivoire" aiming to position CI as the third economic development pole by 2025.

Structure des coûts
Total cost (construction and equipment): 36,508,161,450 FCFA. Structured as PPP with risk-sharing between the State (Ministry of Tourism) and private partners. Operator requirements: economic profitability, operational and management capacity, investment security. Technical supervision by BNETD. Design consultants responsible for viable financial models and balanced contractual structures.
