Registered account: Creating an account provides access to additional content including detailed documents and comprehensive project data. Registration requires accurate, complete information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials; any action performed through your account is your responsibility.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
Permitted: Browsing the project catalog; Downloading documents marked as "public"; Submitting investment inquiries through official forms; Sharing project links for legitimate professional purposes.
Prohibited: Bulk downloading or automated data scraping; Commercial redistribution of platform content; Use of project information for fraudulent or misleading purposes; Attempting to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

DIDDS endeavors to maintain high platform availability (target SLA ≥ 99.5%). However, DIDDS reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for technical maintenance or force majeure reasons without incurring any liability.

DIDDS accepts no liability for: Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to access the platform; Investment decisions made based on platform information; Technical interruptions or data loss; Content of external sites linked from the platform.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute relating to the use of this platform shall first be subject to amicable resolution. In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
