Your data is used exclusively to: Manage your platform account; Send you relevant investment opportunity information; Forward your investment inquiries to the Ministry; Conduct platform usage analysis (statistics processed anonymously only); Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of account activity plus 3 years after closure. Investment inquiry data is retained for 5 years. Connection logs are retained for 12 months.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with: Ministry of Tourism staff (project follow-up); Our technical service providers (processing purposes only); Judicial authorities when legally required. Your data is never sold to any third party or used for commercial promotion.
