The Banco Bay tourism development project aims to create a comprehensive center in the heart of Abidjan integrating urban ecotourism, leisure and environmental improvement. Main components: bay cleaning and development, tourist infrastructure (restaurants, shops, toilets, parking), western observation platform, cycling tracks, rehabilitated roads and entrances, natural swimming pool restoration, colonial building rehabilitation, 15 eco-hotel units (6 persons each) and a cable car linking the 4th bridge to Banco National Park. The project covers 3,438.34 hectares with a 3-year construction period.

PPP model with strong public-private partnership potential. The State provides the land (national park) and regulatory framework; private partners handle financing, construction and operations. Modular structure allowing targeted participation by component: ecotourism, hospitality, leisure, mobility (cable car), heritage restoration and commercial services.
