The Taki Bay project aims to create a next-generation integrated tourism destination in San Pedro, driven by an exceptional waterfront and large-scale hotel complexes. Located approximately 30 kilometers from San Pedro city center, the site covers 500 hectares reserved for tourism development under the city's master plan.
Main components:
• 7 hotels — 1,000 rooms total: 2 five-star (200 rooms each), 2 four-star (150 rooms each), 3 three-star (100 rooms each)
• 200 luxury villas
• 100 holiday cottages
• Shopping centers, casino, yacht marina, water park, 36-hole golf course, terminal and airstrip
• Road networks, green spaces and public gardens
• Permanent capacity: 22,500 residents, floating population up to three times higher.
